In 2018, Reid Burt joined RPA as an associate in the Tampa, FL office. A valuable addition to the team, he was promoted to Senior Associate in 2021 and then Vice President in 2022. Reid works with local and national clients on their surplus property dispositions and leasehold restructurings. He also helps in the identification and acquisition of new property locations. Reid previously worked for Warren Averett, a regional accounting and business advisory firm, performing financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for various companies in the Tampa Bay area. His strong financial background enables him to offer real estate clients another level of knowledge and expertise.
Education
Reid holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Florida.

He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida and a member of ICSC.
