ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Advisor Coordinator to support our advisory team through a blend of commercial real estate marketing, transaction support, database management, market research, and administrative coordination.

This is not a traditional marketing position. Success in this role comes from enjoying the balance of marketing, transaction support, organization, and client service while building trusted relationships with both clients and teammates. You’ll also help coordinate transactions, maintain critical property and client data, support advisor projects, and keep multiple assignments moving forward. While we’ll train the right person on our internal processes and systems, we’re specifically looking for someone with prior commercial real estate experience who can bring industry knowledge and quickly become a contributing member of the team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Learn and ultimately take ownership of our proprietary database using advanced Excel.
• Coordinate marketing materials including flyers, proposals, presentations, eblasts, signage, tour books, website content, and other client deliverables.
• Support advisors through transaction coordination, project management, listing onboarding, and brokerage support.
• Conduct commercial real estate market, property, and retailer research using CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi, Buildout, SitesUSA, and other resources.
• Coordinate meetings, action items, and project follow-up.
• Maintain online listings and provide general administrative support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5+ years supporting commercial real estate brokerage, advisory, marketing, transaction coordination, or similar CRE support role.
• Prior brokerage/advisory experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint are worked in regularly.
• Adobe Acrobat required; InDesign  & Photoshop are a plus.
• Constant Contact preferred.
• Familiarity with CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi, Buildout, and SitesUSA preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Notary (or willingness to obtain).

The salary range for this position is $62,000 – 72,000.
