Stephanie Underwood

Stephanie joined RPA as the Marketing Coordinator in 2020 and is based out of the Atlanta office. In 2022 she was promoted to Marketing and Client Relations Manager. She works closely with the Director of Operations and Marketing to ensure the company’s goals are achieved. Specifically, Stephanie assists brokers and co-brokers on new and existing listings while helping to maintain the internal database of properties. In addition to these tasks, she is responsible for email marketing efforts, creating and updating flyers, and the mapping of properties.

Stephanie previously worked for Topgolf, a global sports entertainment company, holding many positions during her tenure. Most recently she managed the Marketing team as the Marketing Coordinator in the Atlanta Midtown Venue with the goal of generating visits for new and repeat guests. She also was responsible for upholding the brand standards within her venue, educating guests and associates regarding upcoming promotions, and served as the liaison between guests and the venue for Leagues and Kid’s Academies.

Education

Stephanie graduated Cum Laude from Augusta State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Language.

Stephanie, a licensed real estate agent in Georgia, is a member of the ICSC and CREW Atlanta.
