A Senior Vice President at Corporate Property Dispositions since 2003, Keith subsequently joined Retail Property Advisors and worked simultaneously at both companies until their merger in 2022. During his illustrious career, Keith has sold or leased over $800 million of retail and other commercial property in multiple states. Previously, he served for over five years at The Home Depot as the National Real Estate Manager for excess properties. He was responsible for co-anchor development, outparcels, and disposition of former The Home Depot stores and surplus land parcels.
Keith was also responsible for Expo (a former The Home Depot concept) and the sale and leasing of former office and warehouse spaces. Other disposition clients have included Discount Tire, Publix, Circuit City, and Bassett Furniture. Projects leased or sold have included Costco BJ’s Wholesale, Bon Ton Stores, Target, Nordstrom Rack, Staples, LA Fitness, Burlington, Garden Ridge (now At Home), Best Buy and more. Other properties were sold or leased to various freestanding restaurants, banks and automotive groups.
Prior to joining Home Depot, Keith worked for nearly 20 years in retail brokerage, sales and management. As Senior Vice President at CBRE, Keith directed the retail marketing operations of 18 Eastern offices. He also established a property disposition program for CBRE on a multi-state basis.
Keith’s extensive background includes retail and investment sales, business development, and the creation of retailer accounts on a multi-state basis. He has prior leadership experience selecting project teams and coordinating 65 retail brokers in various cities.
Education
Keith earned his MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University in Atlanta, and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University. He also studied at Schiller College, Heidelberg, Germany.
Memberships and Associations
He is a licensed broker in Georgia and a member of ICSC. Additionally, Keith is involved in the World Affairs Council of Atlanta as a member of the Chairman’s Circle. He served as co-Director of the Member’s Forum, a team providing a platform to present and discuss world issues related to Atlanta and the US.
