Jeffrey Bardin

Jeff Bardin is spearheading the Industrial and Flex Properties Division of RPA based out of our Tampa, FL office. He is primarily working with Land, Industrial and Flex Properties in selling, buying, developing and repositioning the product in order to attain the highest value or yield.

Prior to joining RPA Jeff worked with the Industrial Services Group where he managed the marketing and leasing effort for a portfolio of 31 buildings of over 2 million SF. His primary practice then was owner representation and large space tenant representation, secondary to those he also was involved in developing build-to-suit projects and development of various industrial properties. Jeff is a long time real estate professional and has worked on special projects for CLW Inc. and DTZ fka Cassidy Turley (which has since merged with Cushman and Wakefield taking on that name). In addition, Jeff worked as a leasing and development manager for a major developer in Tampa as well as the VP of Industrial Properties for a leading commercial real estate company.

Being the real estate veteran that he is, Jeff has completed a culmination of lease and sale transactions valued at over $250 million and 7 million SF in the last 15 years alone. He has received the CoStar Power Broker award multiple years and is a recipient of the Retail Deal of the Year award. The clients that he has worked with are just as impressive, Prudential Insurance, UBS Realty Advisors, Cobalt Industrial REIT I & II, Interchange Partners LLC, LKQ Inc., and Medline Inc. just to name a few.

Education

Jeffrey graduated from the University of South Florida with his Bachelors in Business.
