Retail Property Advisors, a leading real estate advisory firm, has appointed Brendan McArthur as Vice President. In this position, he will assist corporate and local clients with property acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, and out-parcel sales across the West Coast.
Brendan will play an integral role in many facets of RPA’s business, including helping to maintain the company’s long-term relationship with Home Depot and other retail clients. Given his deep understanding of dispositions work, he will focus on free-standing buildings, land, and leasehold properties. In addition, Brendan will collaborate with RPA’s tenant representation team on real estate strategies and advise clients on lease restructuring and renewals for current leaseholds.
Before joining RPA, Brendan worked for over 17 years with JLL’s Capital Markets team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of land and development sites for corporate clients such as Toyota, Bank of America, The Avon Company, and General Motors, among others.

Brendan graduated from Husson University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He later earned a Master of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from Denver University. Brendan is a licensed real estate broker in California and Idaho and a licensed salesperson in Nevada.
