Mark Miller

Mark Miller, who joined RPA in 2013 and is based in metro Los Angeles, has been a commercial real estate professional for more than 30 years. His experience includes brokerage, leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions, finance, development, investments, and retail store acquisitions/mergers. Mark has worked in various commercial real estate sectors, including retail, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use, entertainment, and recreation and hospitality, throughout the continental U.S. and Hawaii. He has been involved in the development of more than 10 million square feet of retail, industrial, and multi-family projects throughout the country and has held significant real estate-related management positions.

Mark has leased and/or developed projects with The Home Depot, Circuit City, CarMax, Eagle Hardware/Lowe’s, Walmart, Costco, Target, Kohl’s, Pacific Theatres, Ralph’s, Staples, Famous Footwear, Linen’s N Things, Barnes & Noble and a variety of restaurants and entertainment-related tenants. He has developed more than 1.5 million square feet of industrial warehouse space and 750 multi-family units in Southern California.

Born in South Carolina, Mark has also lived and worked in New York, NY; San Diego, CA; Richmond, VA; Charleston, SC; and Los Angeles, CA. He has resided in Pasadena, CA for the past 26 years.

Education

Mark graduated from The College of Charleston (Charleston, SC) and obtained his JD and MBA degrees from The University of South Carolina (USC).

Mark has been very involved in numerous philanthropic and industry-related groups including The College of Charleston, ICSC, ACRE, The Urban Land Institute, NAIOP, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles, and Student Philanthropists Advancing Real Change. He has also spoken on real estate-related topics on panels and at a variety of forums.
